hi french! flora fauna's work always looks great, but unfortunately has proven time and time again to be stolen imagery. minneapolis' paul gardner has firmly established a pattern of directly ripping off other people's work and deliriously denying it. he DOES have great taste in the work he puts his name on, but sadly, much of the time, it's not his. i really like this broken social scene print you've selected, and i am disappointed that i am forced to wonder who designed it.

Hello. Thanks for your concerns. The accusations posted here and by others floating around out there are only partially accurate. There was a point in time where I miss used a couple other designer's images. I've since learned from these mistakes and have moved on. Many of the hatred towards me, my name and Florafauna stems from some silly behavior displayed on a public online forum. The combination of stating some less than pleasant crit. on that website forum paired with the misstep of repurposing an image, an image I should have not used has caused some serious backlash. I've been accused of many many inaccurate design crimes. Yes, even the great Jay Ryan can be in error sometimes. All of our work and our actions are made with the utmost respect for the art of design and all those who practice it. I am honored and humbled to have been selected by French Paper Co. for this award.
